The Groundskeepers Inc. has been serving Fairbanks and the Alaskan Interior since 2000.
We are setting the standards in cold climate landscape irrigation.

The Groundskeepers Inc. Continues setting and achieving the highest standards in quality
and customer satisfaction. The Groundskeepers Inc. was founded on the fact that it is our
responsibility to provide every one of our clients with the highest quality service and product.
Every client we take on is the most important client we have. They become our client for life
.Every project we take on is the most important project we are doing. That is the level of our
commitment to our clients.
Our Humble Beginnings
The Groundskeepers Inc. had a simple and modest beginning in the Summer of 2000. We
were mainly a property maintenance business. However, we held ourselves to the highest
quality standards possible.
Because of the quality of our work, our maintenance clients asked to take on their
landscaping projects. Quality work gets notices. By the summer of 2003 we had become a
landscape and property maintenance company.
By the Summer of 2004 our clients were asking us for landscape irrigation. We spent that
winter researching then training. We started installing landscape irrigation in the Summer of
2005. Since that time, The Groundskeepers Inc. has installed more than 30 irrigation
systems in the Fairbanks and North Pole area. We are proud to say, we have never had an
irrigation line or sprinkler head freeze and break. That speaks loudly of our training and
experience.
